No Leadership Required

David Wilcock appeared on the scene last evening to comment on Drake’s GREEN LIGHT.

His article brings balance and perspective to the situation. It could even be called a “peaceful response.”

Wilcock reported on his phone conversation with Drake where he learned that Drake has three different insider sources with senior military clearance. Each independently told him this week that they are about to begin mass arrests of senior Cabal conspirators within days.

They also told him that Alex Jones and Rush Limbaugh were given similar information and told to keep quiet until things actually start happening.

David goes on to add that, even though he wishes it was otherwise, his sources have not told him the arrests are ready to begin.

Then, he discusses what might be going on if the arrests don’t actually happen. He covers several options including Drake being deceived by his sources,  a counterintelligence technique called “DDT” (decoy, distract, and trash), and a “fake out” to see how The Cabal will respond to the announcement of arrests.

This last possibility carries extra weight based on Drake’s sources’ claim that “every light in the Washington DC offices was on all night” after the alert was issued. (Of course, they may have been debating their response to the upcoming SCOTUS’ decision about Obamacare and the Attorney General’s predicament. There was a lot going on that night.)

David stands by Drake as a source. He believes Drake is sincere and honest. However, since he doesn’t know Drake’s sources, he can’t vouch for them.

Wilcock then adds his own opinion on the situation.

He doesn’t think the arrests will happen yet because the public isn’t ready.

What it would take for the public to be ready?

In his mind, it is the fall of the Euro and the Dollar.

Said another way, the financial situation has to get worse.

Centralized systems must fail.

The situation has to be so bad that society will accept anarchy.

AnarchyHow can anarchy be a peaceful response?

Doesn’t anarchy imply political disorder and lawlessness?

Doesn’t anarchy lead to violent revolutions and destruction?

Doesn’t anarchy destroy civilizations and societies?

Does it?

Carne Ross doesn’t think so. The observations in his book The Leaderless Revolution: How Ordinary People Will Take Power and Change Politics in the 21st Century coincide with the implications within Wilcock’s ideas.

He demonstrates that, when faced with great adversity, humanity has traditionally risen to the occasion to resolve it. In addition, the resolution has been more likely to be effective in the absence of government, what some would call anarchy.

A strong centralized system sends the message that everything is under control. Therefore, no one has to do anything.

However, when anarchy exists, each person is more inclined to step in and contribute to the solution.

From Ross’ perspective, this is what is needed for our society to evolve. We can no longer rely on someone else to do it for us.

Therefore, anarchy may indeed be the peaceful response.

Highest LightWhat does Drake’s GREEN LIGHT mean?

That question occupied a lot of people yesterday. In fact, many wondered if Drake had really used those words. The doubts were reinforced by the fact that Drake hadn’t yet put the GREEN LIGHT announcement on his website.

Towards the end of the day, after the Supreme Court (SCOTUS) ruled on Obamacare, after Congress had charged Attorney General Holder with contempt, and before European leaders agreed to a compromise for Spain and Italy, Drake posted more information on his website.

The short version of his post is that the GREEN LIGHT has been broken into two parts. The first part is the tactical part. The second part is the financial one, containing the new financial system.

The tactical GREEN LIGHT has been given. The financial one is still to come.

Drake’s advice is to make sure you have enough food, medicine, and other supplies for a couple of weeks. He doesn’t expect services to be shut down. He does expect some minor traffic snafus.

Since Drake was slow to post his information, this gave two other spokespeople the opportunity to respond to questions about Drake’s GREEN LIGHT.

Cobra, of Portal 2012, says he doesn’t have confirmation from his sources that “the sweep” has started. He does confirm that his version of GREEN LIGHT, which he calls The Event and Operation Omega Phoenix, has two parts. Cobra expects The Event to happen shortly because, according to his website, Omega Phoenix has been approved.

Obviously, there are similarities between Drake’s message and Cobra’s. It is plausible that these two messengers are delivering the same message in two different formats for two different audiences. Drake is speaking to militias and the military. Cobra is speaking to those working with forces from other dimensions.

The other spokesperson, former Navy Seal and whistleblower Bill Wood/Brockbrader, spoke yesterday on Wolf Spirit Radio just as Drake was posting his GREEN LIGHT announcement. Bill’s information coincides with the information from Drake and Cobra.

His sources say that mass arrests are inevitable, in the making, and will happen. Bill doesn’t know if the action will start within seventy-two hours as everyone is hoping. He does know that things will definitely happen, hopefully before July 4th. If things don’t start by then, he will have an Independence Day announcement regarding the subject.

Even though all three people are relaying similar messages, things remain as clear as mud to me. I have more questions than answers. Are we being duped? Is this some kind of an awareness drill? Will any of this really happen?

My internal guidance has told me to continue to watch the situation, so I will. Our community will acquire some additional supplies when we go shopping this afternoon.

In addition, we will practice the peaceful response of holding the situation in the highest light.

It is possible that light might even be green.

Green Light

I wrote yesterday that Drake’s yellow light appeared to be an obvious false alarm. The basis for his announcement was the renewal of a long-standing executive order. This order wasn’t new and the language held no more than a minimal threat.

In spite of this mistake, many people think Drake is sincere in his efforts and, therefore, should still be trusted.

What’s the peaceful response?

As the story unwound Tuesday evening, I was ready to quit following Drake’s messages. I was ready to think The Abundance Plan (TAP) was just wishful thinking. I was tired of the whole thing.

Then, I reviewed my email folder for messages from those who channel supernatural messages. The following quotes were in three independent messages:

Green light“It is a matter of days, not weeks.”

“The Cabal didn’t keep their promise to surrender at the eleventh hour. Therefore, we will remove them.”

“The events are building up to an amazingly quick conclusion.”

As I read them, I thought about the question that often arises when our little community discusses these stories. “Are these people restating one another’s stories or are they writing independently of one another?” Each message confirmed the other messages. All of the messages coincided with Drake’s viewpoint.

Rather than give up, I decided to take some time and go within. I’ve learned that the journey within is always prudent when encountering a yellow light.

What I heard surprised me.

“Keep paying attention. Drake’s yellow light may or may not have been a mistake. Sometimes, disinformation isn’t disinformation. It serves another purpose.”

I thought about this as I went to sleep and I experienced a night full of lucid dreams. In each dream, the message was the same.

“Significant change is about to take place. Pay attention.”

There was another side to this message too.

“How big would the conspiracy have to be for this message of change NOT to be real?”

At first, the question confused me.

I tend to think of conspiracy as Illuminati-type plans to dominate and control the world. However, the question referred to dozens of websites with hundreds of thousands of followers communicating the message of how the world’s system needs to change. I realized the conspiracy to manage that would be massive.

Those communicating the message via alternative media, world-wide protests, and spiritual channelings would all have to be part of it.

I thought about my motivation for producing this website. It came from discovering I had been lied to by government, education, medicine, and religion. I needed a place to process all of this information. This website became that place.

I see scores of other websites that serve similar purposes for their writers.

The internet links us together and lets us know others are thinking that way.

This does not feel contrived to me. It feels spontaneous.

I awoke yesterday morning, after several hours of a luxurious trip within, knowing I should keep doing what I’m doing.

I watched the news and saw that the reports regarding the cyber attacks on the banks had upped the stolen amount from tens of millions to more than two billion dollars.

I listened as Lyndon LaRouch outlined how this weekend’s meeting in Europe could end Transatlantic Civilization as we know it.

I saw a report that the five largest banks in the United States were approaching the deadline for the completion of their living wills in case they fail.

I heard about the huge fine Barclay’s was charged with for rigging lending rates.

Before I could finish that article, another story came out indicating that four more banks are part of this investigation.

I caught wind of a strange public notice that appeared yesterday in The Washington Post regarding a seven hundred billion dollar Treasury Bond. Was this fact or fiction? Was the bond real, fake, or counterfeit?

The House Oversight Committee approved an audit of The Federal Reserve yesterday. The bill still has to go through the House and Senate.

Every one of those stories point to the collapse of our current financial system and the need for something to replace it.

In the past, the unpeaceful response was to start a war or create a terrorist act to distract from the financial issues. Many researchers have written about how the events on 9/11 served that purpose.

Sure enough, the situation in Syria escalated yesterday as reports came via Twitter from Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Israel that preparations were being made for an attack on Syria within the next forty-eight hours.

Closer to home, the fires in Colorado, especially the Colorado Springs area, fit perfectly with the ABC story I wrote about in May that said Al Qaeda (the CIA) will start forest fires in the west close to cities.

The Waldo fire currently threatens the United States Air Force Academy and is just a few miles from Cheyenne Mountain, home of NORAD. It has destroyed hundreds of homes and the FBI is now involved.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the results of the investigation pointed to an act of terrorism.

Then, as yesterday drew to a close, Drake had another radio show where he turned off the yellow light and turned on the green one. Numerous sites are reporting on this so I won’t repeat what they are saying. The most concise report is here.

My opinion is that these signs tell us we are standing at the edge of a cliff. It remains to be seen whether we will repeat the mistakes of history or if we have the courage to jump and build our wings on the way down.

Yellow Light

Yellow LightYesterday provided a brief burst of excitement for those who follow Drake’s messages.

Around midday, he issued a “yellow light” and put all militia on full alert.

The official notice looked like this:

Drake has called a full state of emergency and readiness.

Militia’s are all on full alert!!!!

This is NOT…repeat NOT the Green light just yet.

This is the cabal’s last gasp effort to try to take over and take our guns…please be prepared to stop that if need be. We will be posting VERY IMPORTANT UPDATES in the coming hours and days….please allow us to post by refraining from unrelated posts on the GV2012 page.

The page then referenced a letter sent from President Obama to the House Speaker that was part of this executive order.

On the surface, it appeared ominous because the headline tied Russia to enriched uranium.

Then, two other stories appeared on my radar.

The first was about an ongoing cyber attack that had stolen tens of millions of dollars from banks. The article I read implied the thefts had just started and investigations were underway.

The second reported on British troops attacking the presidential compound in Syria.

I watched carefully as discussions reverberated throughout cyberspace.

Drake had promised that yesterday would be a big day. Was he right? Were these stories indicators of the coming mass arrests?

Drake certainly spun it that way.

He focused on the executive order and interpreted it as an attempt to disarm Americans. It was a final stand by the Cabal before everything happened.

A closer look revealed something else.

The executive order was a renewal of an order than had been in place since the Clinton administration. I reviewed everything I could find about it and, other than the obvious constitutional problems that accompany executive orders, I couldn’t find anything that would warrant all the fuss.

I looked closer at the other stories.

The cyber attack wasn’t new. It had stolen millions of dollars over the past year or so. Authorities announced their discovery of it yesterday.

The report from Syria was unconfirmed.

I scratched my head as I wondered whether Drake had made a mistake in issuing his yellow light.

I wasn’t the only one doing some head scratching.

Opinions radiated throughout the blogosphere. Was Drake a CIA operative? Did he really not research the executive order before issuing the yellow light? Was his use of the executive order in the announcement a code of some type? Has the attention of the past few months exceeded Drake’s capacity?

In spite of what appears to be an obvious mistake, many people state that Drake is sincere in his efforts and, therefore, should still be trusted.

What’s the peaceful response?

I’m still watching closely. This isn’t because I do or do not trust Drake. It is because I took the time to go within and listen.

The journey within is always prudent when encountering a yellow light.

Preparing for a Radio Show

After being introduced to the philosophy of the Seven Cosmic Rays, I decided to learn more. I especially wanted to know if there was something to the idea that societal conflicts come from the Rays’ influence.

According to Margo Kirtikar, PhD, who has spent more than twenty years studying this material, each ray has a certain area of influence.

  • 1st Ray – power, will, and purposeSeven Rays
  • 2nd Ray – love and wisdom
  • 3rd Ray – creative intelligence and adaptability
  • 4th Ray – creating harmony out of conflict
  • 5th Ray – concrete science and knowledge
  • 6th Ray – abstract idealism and devotion to religious beliefs
  • 7th Ray – ceremonial order, magic, and rituals

Margo says our world is experiencing greater conflict now as we move from the 6th Ray of domineering religious and moral beliefs enforced by war to the 7th Ray of ceremonial order, magic, and rituals that comes with peace.

This doesn’t mean the other Rays are not active. If I understand correctly, an individual needs all of them to be complete.

It means that, at certain times in history, some Rays are more prevalent than others.

Dr. Merlinda Pillsbury Arnold believes the Rays manifest especially strongly when humanity is transitioning between epochs. She currently senses all of them and, like Margo, she thinks the 7th Ray is becoming dominant in our society as “humanity moves into a new epoch.”

The more I learned about the Seven Cosmic Rays, the more I saw a pattern.

I felt a sense of familiarity with the material as I listened to Margo’s June 19 program, I wondered if the Seven Cosmic Rays somehow coincided with other common groups of seven. Were the Rays related to the seven chakras, seven continents, seven colors of the rainbow, and seven spiritual gifts?

The Wikipedia entry for “Seven rays” had the answer. It included two charts that showed how the Rays are connected to colors, locations, chakras, and Gifts of the Holy Spirit.

Another thorough article described the Rays in great detail from several points of view and concluded with twenty additional “higher rays.”

I began to see why Dr. Arnold and Dr. Kirtikar relate to the material. The Rays provide a simple framework for explaining spiritual, mental, and psychological concepts that are often complex.

In addition, I began to understand why they say the Rays are tied to our current societal transition. The 7th Ray is often associated with completion and many spiritual teachers believe we are completing this part of our journey here on Earth.

Of course, these are speculative statements based on personal theories, ancient writings, and observations within an individual’s micro-society. One could just as easily say we are moving from the Age of Pisces into the Age of Aquarius because our Universe is moving to a different place in the cosmos.

Only time will tell us whether this new location will impact society as a whole and whether the 7th Ray really will usher in peace.

Even though the esoteric theories are difficult to prove, Dr. Kirtikar believes this philosophy is the new direction for psychology. She claims modern science has reached a cul-de-sac in its treatment. For example, more and more doctors are writing that the idea of chemical imbalances is a myth. Therefore, psychology must look somewhere else for answers.

Margo believes the Seven Cosmic Rays offers the most complete solution.

She may be right.

I’ll have that conversation with her on next Tuesday’s radio show when we look at how this material may be used to help individuals with their personal lives and relationships.

Drake and The Seven Cosmic Rays

Cosmic RaysAlternative Media is crackling this morning with stories of what Drake said on yesterday’s radio show.

The program started with high drama because Drake was late. Apparently, he was getting late intelligence about The Cabal’s attempt to adapt a constitution for a one-world government. He tied this agreement to recently concluded G20 meeting in Mexico.

The rest of the call outlined what he believes will take place today and tomorrow.

Drake said the paperwork will be in place no later than Tuesday to arrest The Cabal. He believes the military will cooperate, although he isn’t certain of this. He points out that military training exercises are already taking place on American soil (most notably in Saint Louis) and that these are the initial steps for the arrests.

As usual, Drake reminded his listeners to be prepared to act by guarding infrastructure that The Cabal may take out in an attempt to disrupt this process. He encouraged everyone to stock up on a couple weeks’ worth of supplies. He described how to recognize an American soldier from a United Nations soldier. (The American flag will be the highest badge on the right shoulder of the uniform.)

Drake believes the arrests will start in places other than the United States. He isn’t sure if mainstream media will cover the story. He hopes they will.

I’ve heard a version of this story so many times that I almost didn’t write about it today. Quite frankly, I prefer to respond to things that have actually happened rather than speculate on what may happen.

However, several independent sources have written stories about yesterday’s discussion. At least one alternative site has already announced a potential change in their internet radio show schedule when the arrests take place.

This story continues to build momentum and gain attention. While I am not certain things will happen the way Drake describes them, I am certain this story is capturing the imagination of more and more people. That in itself makes something like this more likely to happen.

It is part of following the signs that point to significant change.

Speaking of following the signs…

At the end of yesterday’s article, I said that several people have recently given me information regarding a topic that was new to me.

It started when Merlinda Pillsbury Arnold asked me to upload some pictures to her SaRa Technique website. These pictures had purple orbs in them. Dr. Arnold claimed the orbs represent The 7th Ray, The Ray of Love from the cosmos, manifesting to help her with her work.

Skeptics might say this is a lens flare.

It could be.

However, I’ve learned that when paying attention to signs, shaky information from one source is often confirmed by unrelated sources.

A few days later, I received an email from Margo Kirtikar. Dr. Kirtikar lives in Switzerland. She has a wealth of knowledge and works as an author, speaker, and coach. Other than an internet radio show she started a few months ago, she has no radio experience.

Since I have significant radio experience, she has turned to me for help in some of her broadcasts. (You may access those shows via the Recordings Page on this website.)

In her recent email, she asked me to co-host her next radio show. The topic is Seven Cosmic Rays. (Yes, these are the same Rays Dr. Arnold claims are in her pictures.)

Dr. Kirtikar had introduced the topic on her June 19th show and now, she wanted me to participate in discussing the topic on her next show.

I thought this was an odd request since, other than posting the pictures on Merlinda’s website, I knew nothing about the topic.

I agreed to do the show anyway because the signs were telling me it was time to figure out The Seven Cosmic Rays.

I listened to a recording of Margo’s show yesterday. I had a conversation with Merlinda a couple days ago. I learned that these rays have more power during a major transition. This sometimes results in conflict as we move from the influence of one ray into the influence of another.

According to Margo, this is especially intense now as we move from the 6th Ray of domineering religious and moral beliefs enforced by war to the 7th Ray of ceremonial order, magic, and rituals that comes with peace.

I certainly feel that struggle this morning as thousands of people anxiously wait for the arrests to start so that those 6th Ray beliefs may be moved aside to allow room for peace.

I certainly felt it yesterday when our entire community lost power. As we ate dinner outside and watched the jets leave “contrails” in the hot, dry southwestern sky, I wondered if events had started.

Had the infrastructure been shut down to facilitate actions?

Was the power turned off because The Cabal was making a final stand?

How should I respond?

I decided the peaceful response would be to watch the birds at the feeder, enjoy the prairie dogs chasing each other across the field, and share the meal with friends and family.

This morning, I learned that a bolt snapped on a transmission line. No one had shut down the power grid.

The arrests haven’t started…yet.

The Work of Following

Dream PathThe road to a peaceful society requires leaders. Leaders must have followers.

These followers must be actively pursuing their peaceful path and not relying on someone else to do it for them.

As I said yesterday, most of my conversations Friday evening were with people who wanted someone in a position of power to rescue them from a current situation. They complained about mainstream systems and looked to a political candidate to do something about it.

They saw Gary Johnson as that candidate.

From my perspective, they are missing a key element of understanding how change takes place. They want someone else to do it for them instead of doing it themselves.

They spend their time looking around for a savior rather than grasping their own power.

This is the way of thinking that allowed Obama to use a socialized philosophy, including healthcare for all, to win the previous presidential election.

It is also the way of thinking that has allowed our current mainstream systems to stay in operation. We have disempowered ourselves by looking to others for solutions.

Let me be clear.

Our peaceful transition will need assistance by those in positions of power. However, this assistance is not them telling us what to do, providing our healthcare, and handing out basic necessities like food, clothing, and shelter.

This assistance must be in the form of reducing regulations, decreasing taxes, and increasing freedom.

I see Gary Johnson as that candidate and, based on my conversation with him, he does too.

In other words, we don’t need more government involvement in our world. We need less.

Some of those who are following the Wilcock, Fulford, Drake, and Cobra mass arrests scenario have slipped into this mindset too. They are missing the essence of the message. A peaceful world requires each person’s involvement.

No one can remain on the sidelines.

Each person has a role.

The Gary Johnson ad in the right hand column of this website says, “America is ready – live free.”

I look around me and I see that America is on the verge of being ready. However, we aren’t there yet. I can tell because we are still looking for a hero.

In fact, I slipped into doing that myself at the beginning of Friday evening.

After being hit by a double dose of reality, I was reminded that I am one hundred percent responsible for the events in my life.

I must do the work of following.

If I want freedom, I must live free.

If I want power, I can no longer play the victim.

If I want peace, I must look within.

The role of the peaceful political leader is to clear the path so I can do those things without outside interference.

Given the chance, Gary Johnson will do that.

Therefore, I will keep his banner ad on this website until his campaign is complete.

I might even decide to vote this year.

And, I will continue to write about the issues that point us towards a peaceful transition.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve had several unrelated people ask about something that was new to me. My curiosity has gotten the best of me and I’m learning all I can about this new topic.

I’ll share that information starting tomorrow.

Observations on The Governor’s Visit

Gary Johnson, New Mexico Governor from 1995-2002 visited last evening. The occasion was a fundraiser for The Governor, who is this year’s Libertarian Presidential Candidate.

I had the opportunity to visit with many of the attendees and I chatted with Mr. Johnson too.

In anticipation of the event, I hoped to learn how Gary would rescue our world through becoming President of the United States (POTUS) so we could experience his campaign slogan and Live Free.

Instead, I was hit with a double-dose of reality.

The first told me that many people are looking for someone to rescue us.

LeadershipThe second told me we don’t need that. We need a leader that will clear the obstacles and allow us to do the work.

Said another way, I received the same message that I hear every day as I research for writing on this site.

In one conversation, I chatted with Steve. He was visiting from the Midwest and searching for someone to help him produce alternative energy systems. He had innovative ideas and tremendous passion. He had not yet discovered how to take his ideas to the next level.

Steve had called numerous government leaders and businesses offering to give away his technology. They had ignored him, so he decided to take his efforts on the road to find someone to rescue him from his predicament. Last night’s event was one of his stops.

I had similar conversations with three other people. Each complained about how a government system works. One talked about law. One talked about medicine. The third talked about taxes. Each described a long-standing issue with each system. Each had ideas on what needed to change. Each decried how our rights have been violated and our resources wasted.

None knew how to make those changes happen in a world where private agendas often stand in opposition to common sense and practical solutions.

Each person wanted government to rescue him or her from each situation.

These messages were not new to me. I hear them every day.

When I talked with Gary, I discovered he has an unusual ability to be fully present. He didn’t miss a word I said and he maintained full eye contact while answering every question I asked him.

I asked him why he is running for President.

I expected an answer about creating change, using his underdog status to challenge the current power, and throwing out the current office holders. I wanted him to say he would rescue us from our current situation.

Instead, Gary gave a realistic answer.

He explained that he wants to improve our world by leading important discussions. It is only in having those discussions that our world will be motivated to act in new ways.

New thoughts produce new words produce news actions.

In other words, he is running for President for the same reason that I manage this website. It is the same reason that whistleblowers are coming forward and lovers of freedom are building websites, hosting radio shows, and managing Facebook groups.

Then, The Governor added, “On a personal level, this is all quite exciting.”

Like the rest of us, he feels the need for change and he wants to talk about it.

As a Presidential candidate, Mr. Johnson has opportunities to speak that he wouldn’t have otherwise. He gains entrees into forums few people can gain.

He is using those opportunities to share the message of life and liberty that is dear to humanity at our deepest level.

He is not promising to be the savior of the world and rescue us from our current situation. He knows that, even as POTUS, he can’t do that. He can only play a role in the process.

Gary understands the constitutional limits of power for POTUS. He understands the constitutional responsibilities. In the unlikely event that he is elected, I fully believe he will fulfill those responsibilities with complete integrity. After all, that is what he did while serving as New Mexico Governor when he vetoed a third of the legislation that went to his desk.

In the process, he balanced the budget, restored state fund reserves, reduced the size of government, and cut taxes. He cleared the obstacles and allowed us to do the work.

Gary’s ability to understand his role as leader, rather than imagine himself as savior, is the primary reason I will vote for him in November if I decide to vote. It is why this website will host a banner ad for him in the right hand column until Gary’s 2012 campaign is complete.

Unfortunately, his realistic understanding of his role may also be the thing that keeps him from being elected in a culture that is looking for someone to rescue instead of lead them.

Initiating Change

According to self-proclaimed Pentagon spokesperson Drake, yesterday was the deadline for The Cabal to surrender.

Two days ago, Resistance member Cobra explained what will happen to Members of The Cabal if they don’t surrender.

I’ve read the articles, followed the conversations, and done a lot of head scratching. I don’t know if Drake is really a Pentagon spokesperson. I don’t know if Cobra is really a member of The Resistance. I don’t even know if The Resistance is real.

I’ve noticed that numerous channelers are relaying messages from beyond that echo the messages of Drake and Cobra. They say the banks are going under, the Illuminati is about to fall, mass arrests are about to happen, and the ETs have been given permission to help. They have been saying this for a while.

Those who follow these messengers are flooding their forums and Facebook groups with links to articles that document anything that looks like an extraterrestrial presence, a bank’s failure, or a government leader’s stumble.

I can’t yet tell if this is part of an orchestrated takedown of the powers that be or just a series of stories being forced into wishful thinking. I can’t yet figure out if this is a major change, happening gradually to avoid panic, or no change at all.

Therefore, I keep watching. I keep observing. I keep searching for something tangible.

There is at least one thing in this cacophony of information that has become real.

Emerging EggIt is the Desire for change.

Those who are paying attention consistently say, “Things must change.”

Those who are sensitive to ethereal energies say, “I feel change coming.”

Those who are trying to figure out the political process get excited at the mention of Gary Johnson as a Presidential Candidate. When they look at his record and his stand on the issues they say, “He stands for true change. I’m going to vote for him.”

Of course, change is the crux of life. Some would say “change IS life” so these comments may be unnecessarily redundant.

However, within these comments, I see people, who would normally complain about change and would do everything they could to avoid it, talking about embracing it.

They understand that something isn’t right. They are beginning to understand how the problems with our monetary system put a crimp on everything else we attempt to do. Those who have the courage to look deeper are seeing how financial shenanigans stain every system we once held dear including education, medicine, and religion.

They especially see how the monetary system has soiled government.

They realize they have been lied to by the mainstream sources they trusted. They have determined that if the things that were once dear can no longer be trusted then it is time to question everything.

Now, they are looking to alternative sources. They are rallying to potential heroes with the hope that someone, anyone, will initiate this change. They are considering belief systems that explain the failures of mainstream systems, no matter how outrageous these new beliefs may be.

For example, tonight, I will allow myself to consider that it may be possible to elect someone from a third party as President of the United States. I may decide, for the first time, to actively become involved in the political process as if my life and liberty depended upon it.

Gary Johnson, Libertarian Candidate for President, will visit my house. I will ask him the list of questions suggested by my readers and attempt to determine if change, real change, is possible in our world through our election process.

Bananas, Prayer, and World Peace

In Paulo Coelho’s book, By the River Piedra I Sat Down and Wept: A Novel of Forgiveness he tells his version of the 100th monkey story.

bananasA researcher on an island teaches a monkey how to wash a banana before eating it. The monkey teaches other monkeys to do the same thing. Then, when enough monkeys on that island are washing their food before eating, monkeys on other islands start washing their bananas.

The theory is that somehow, through subconscious communication, these monkeys learned a behavior without having physically witnessed it.

The actual 100th monkey story involves sweet potatoes and may be more myth than science. It depends upon which sources one reads.

Whatever the case, the story serves as an example of how change takes place, especially when one attempts to evoke supernatural assistance through spiritual communication, what some would call prayer.

Prayer is a controversial and misunderstood concept, even among the religious. In fact, the concept of prayer is the reason at least some religious followers become atheists. They are told to pray and then, when they don’t receive what they pray for, they decide that prayer is a useless exercise because God is going to do what God wants to do no matter what they ask.

They see God as unjust, angry, and selfish. They intuitively know God is love and God isn’t responding to their prayers in a loving manner.

Rather than examine their concept of prayer, they decide God isn’t real.

From my perspective, prayer is where I learn about myself. It is where I connect with Spirit to see who I am, understand my Desires, and discover the next step.

Prayer isn’t where I beg a vending machine in the sky to bend to my will.

Instead, I connect with Great Spirit and the spirits of those around me. If I believe that I am part of the One and each person is a part of God, then it is through prayer that I am able to tap into all knowledge.

I envision this working as a spiritual internet where I can discover whatever knowledge and insight I need. And, like the internet, the information that comes into others’ awareness is more likely to show up in mine.

This may be a physical function of hard knowledge. It may be a spiritual function of intuitive feelings. More likely, it is a combination of both.

I have often had a burst of inspiration regarding a certain topic about which I previously knew nothing. Then, when I researched that topic, I discovered that my inspiration wasn’t new to the world. The information came to me through the spiritual internet and was confirmed through the physical one. I learned something at the intuitive level and found a physical explanation.

To me, all of this is prayer.

It is communicating in a non-physical manner with other parts of the Universe.

What does all of this have to do with responding peacefully and moving towards World Peace?

It has everything to do with it.

This concept of praying for peace is the same as begging that vending machine in the sky to give me something. As I wrote above, this practice has discouraged many people in their spiritual pursuit.

The practice of intuitively praying, where an individual actually receives inspiration and acts on it, produces different results. It creates individual change.

When enough individuals change, the world changes.

According to the 100th monkey theory, this causes monkeys all over the world to wash bananas and sweet potatoes.

From my perspective, this causes people all over the world to experience peace and, through that experience, ushers in World Peace.

I’ll continue this thought tomorrow when I review where we are on our road to peace.
