Smoke and Mirrors
June 14, 2012 in United States
A couple days ago, I referenced a controversial blogger who claimed that a recent unexplained boom in Michigan was a two thousand pound bomb aimed at “American Rebels.” I quickly dismissed that report because it attempted to link two situations that happened more than three hundred miles away from each other.
Mainstream media reports part of a story. Alternative media rushes to fill in the gaps. Official sources either deny or, more likely, ignore the alternative media reports. This leaves room for speculation that the real story is being hidden.
The typical response is a disagreement over what is really taking place as one side screams dis-info while the other side cries cover-up.
This happens so often that one has to wonder if it is by design.
Apparently, there is a connection between that controversial blogger and the disagreements over media reports.
In fact, according to this story by Philip Brennan, that blogger is a CIA dis-info agent who publishes obviously erroneous stories so that when a similar truthful story is published; it will be dismissed by the general population.
The blogger’s name is Sorcha Faal.
Brennan claims Sorcha Faal doesn’t exist. Instead, she is a creation of David Booth, a CIA agent.
A cursory look at Booth’s internet writings reveals that Faal/Booth is linked to most, if not all, of the unproven conspiracy stories on the internet. This makes is easy for the general population to dismiss anything that has a hint of conspiracy-type thinking.
It is how smoke and mirrors are used to distract from the truth by hiding it with something outrageous.
For example, the American Rebel story, obviously false, is enough to keep the general public from looking further into the situation in Michigan and Indiana.
Therefore, they dismiss the other parts of the story.
- They dismiss Bob Powell’s arrest.
- They dismiss the unexplained booms in that area.
- They dismiss the spikes in radiation.
Then, a few days later, when a nuclear power plant in the area suddenly shuts down, they completely ignore it – even when it is commonly known that the plant has been ranked by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission as one of the four worst performing nuclear plants in the nation.
The closing of the Palisades Nuclear Power Plant may or may not be related to the explosions. However, if the plant is leaking, there is the possibility that this leak is radioactive. That would certainly explain the radiation spikes.
In my research for today’s article, I discovered several interesting tidbits.
- Except for local coverage, mainstream media is not touching this story.
- The plant has been aware of the leak since April.
- As recently as May 25, Nuclear Regulatory Commission chairman Greg Jaczko said the plant was safe and there would be no need for it to shut down.
If we look closely, we can see the techniques used to distract the general public from what may be an extremely significant news story.
- Deny it happened.
- Ignore the facts.
- Create a mystery.
- Explain the mystery with obviously false information.
- Hope people lose interest so that they dismiss the facts if/when they finally appear.
This story is shaping up as a textbook case of how media is used to create confusion and spread inaccuracies.
It has helped me see why many people are dismissing the plans for the mass arrests, the new financial systems, and the prophesied golden age.
I’ll continue this discussion in tomorrow’s article.

Usually, what is unsaid is FAR MORE powerful & important than what IS unsaid. Besides, I’ve learned to NOT trust ANYTHING that comes from governmental sources. it’s all distorted with no truth.
