Shift Happens

January 12, 2012 in Spirituality

Shift HappensI am convinced that we are entering a time when humanity is going to experience a remarkable shift. This shift includes a new financial system. However, there is much more to it than that.

It is a shift in how we live.

It is a shift in how we treat one another.

It is a shift in consciousness.

In simple terms, this shift clears away who we are not and reminds us who we are.

We have stored unwanted, unconscious habits of thought and reactionary emotions. We need to clear these from our lives.

This shift allows us to do this.

It is important to understand that when you release this old energy, The Law of Attraction says you will attract the things you are releasing. This is a test to see if you really want to release them.

If you simply observe their reappearing with a sense of detachment as they come up, without reacting to them, they will clear quickly.

If you react to them, if you insist on feeling guilty or worrying, if you continue to give them attention, these energies will not be cleared from you and you will continue to attract them.

This will make the shift difficult for you.

This is one of the reasons I keep writing about the new financial system. I know that each person must clear away their old way of thinking about money to thrive within this system. My articles are tools to help you shift to the love and acceptance needed to use the new system.

By the way, I know I cannot force you to do this. I can only provide tools. You must use them if you want to participate fully in this shift.

I recognize that spiritual evolution requires each person to accept or reject what is necessary for his or her evolution. I believe the new financial system will give you that opportunity.

This happened with me recently when I wrote about what I would do if one hundred million dollars suddenly showed up in my life. Instead of creating an elaborate plan, I relaxed into trusting the Universe’s perfect accounting system. I now know that everything that shows up in my life is part of the Universe’s accounting. This includes money, time, and relationships.

In fact, I see that this shift may make those individual concepts interchangeable.

For example, if you look closely, you see that the exchange between human beings seems to rely less and less on an abstract concept called money.

We exchange all sorts of ideas without the involvement of money. There are many websites, including this one, that provide information without charging money.

This website uses an operating system called “WordPress.” It is free, open-source software. We use more than a dozen free plugins to provide the slideshows, article lists, and other functions. The use of these tools, acquired without money, adds value.

This exchange is based on the desire to share and the need to make a contribution. This method of doing business is counterintuitive if abundance is wealth. It is the perfect way to operate if abundance is about sustenance and adding value to others’ lives.

This changes our ideas about value. It changes our belief system.

Money may become increasingly less relevant as we relax into efficient ways of trading and demonstrating love based on sustenance rather than abundance.

Of course, if we remain resistant to these changes, the shift will be tough. If we accept them, the shift will be peaceful.

Several readers have asked me to elaborate about how the new economic system will change the way we handle money. I’ll write about that in a couple of days. Tomorrow, I will update you on developments with the new financial system. Be sure to read this important information.

One Hundred Million Dollar Update

January 6, 2012 in Finance

A few days ago, I told you about a little exercise I do occasionally. I ask myself what I would do if I suddenly had a million dollars. I also told you that exercise recently changed dramatically when I was prompted to do the exercise with one hundred million dollars.

One Hundred MillionBy the way, doing this kind of evaluation isn’t new for me. I’ve been fascinated with financial matters since I was a kid. I started preparing taxes while in high school. I’ve run an accounting practice since the early nineties.

At one time, I was licensed to sell insurance and securities. I voluntarily gave up that licensing when I realized using these products often wasn’t in my clients’ best interest.

I’ve been completely out of debt including paying off a mortgage and I’ve had more than a million dollars in debt.

I’ve invested millions of dollars in real estate and run million-dollar a year businesses. I’ve succeeded with some businesses and failed in others.

I’ve looked into numerous financial theories, especially the ones that don’t make sense to the average person, and figured out how they worked.

It is safe to say I have more experience than the average person in financial matters.

I know my ideas often surprise people. Therefore, I carefully research and document them so I can help others understand. Those who take the time to listen to me understand my point of view even if they may not have the courage to act on their understanding.

For the past ten years, I’ve encouraged my clients to build wealth by developing passive income. Many of them have been successful with this.

As I have watched the development of our world over the past year, my advice has changed.

Passive income requires assets. It requires investing, sometimes in things we don’t completely understand.

I believe it is time to change the strategy. It is time to remove money from anything we do not understand and put it into what we do understand.

As I said yesterday, it is time to change our perspective of abundance. Abundance can no longer be measured by how much we have.

Abundance is about sustenance, the things that allow us to live.

A few years ago, I would have used one hundred million dollars to invest in assets. I would have bought land, started a training center, and established a little kingdom.

Today, I consider how that amount of money would help the homeless, reduce hunger, and aid world peace efforts.

Today, I understand we live in a quickly changing environment where assets can show up or disappear overnight, where nothing is permanent, and where pure potential is to be expected.

This means things can change quickly. Flexibility is more important than ever.

Therefore, I know there can be no plan for one hundred million dollars other than to trust the Universe’s accounting methods.

If that amount of money suddenly showed up in my life, a reason for the use of that money would show up as well. (Just like when something suddenly disappears, there is a reason for that too.)

I can trust the appearance of the money will coincide with the appearance of the need for the money and I will act quickly to use the money to meet the need.

Adopting this attitude allows us to respond with prudence when we hear about the changes I wrote about earlier this week. It allows us to understand the difference between the urgent and the important.

When we understand this difference, we don’t panic when things change. We respond peacefully.

I’ll clarify the line between the urgent and important in tomorrow’s article.

One Hundred Million Dollars

January 1, 2012 in Opinion

There is a little exercise I do occasionally. I ask myself what I would do if I suddenly had a million dollars. I have done this exercise so much that the answer is routine to me. I know exactly what I would do with a million bucks.

A few days ago, I started to do this exercise again when that little voice inside my head said, “The amount is now one hundred million.”

“Huh?”

“The exercise has changed. The amount is now one hundred million dollars.”

I knew what to do with the first million. The other ninety-nine scared me.

“Well… I’d pay taxes with half of it.”

“It is tax free.”

“Oh.”

One hundred millionI don’t yet know what I would do with one hundred million dollars. However, the exercise is increasing my capacity.

Just like the exercise of writing about The Dragon Family, The Elders, and Saint Germaine has increased my capacity.

For now, I’m through writing about Chinese gold and ancient trusts. I have resolved these issues in my mind.

I have determined a peaceful response.

The peaceful response is to recognize the resources available to our world. These resources may have been manipulated, controlled, and hidden for centuries. However, after spending three weeks on this topic, I am firmly convinced these resources exist.

My research led me to numerous sources. I didn’t write about most of them. I allowed the litany of legal cases, banking documents, and government contracts to linger in the back of my mind as a reference point while I wrote about just a few.

As a result, I am now confident that humanity has, within its grasp, the resources necessary to live peacefully.

The only thing required for us to experience this peace is to increase our capacity to handle resources.

Some may say the bigger question is when will these resources be distributed in a fair and equitable manner? How will we get those who have manipulated, controlled, and hidden these resources to stop manipulating, controlling, and hiding? When will a major event happen so that we can experience this abundance?

The answer is simple.

The distribution will happen when we are prepared to handle the increased resources.

This isn’t the time to blame others for keeping the resources from us.

This is the time to drop limiting beliefs that say, “This is not possible.”

I understand that each person develops limiting beliefs to keep the game of life interesting. Without them, everything would be so easy we would risk boredom.

However, at this time in history, it is time to drop those limiting beliefs. We are spiritual beings having a human experience at a momentous time, a time each of us selected to be here. I suspect we will find plenty of new and exciting challenges when we drop those old beliefs.

As we understand the resources available to handle challenges and develop the ability to use those resources, we will step into peace so quickly it will astound us.

This is why I have taken three weeks to write about potential sources for abundance. I needed to do so to increase my capacity, to create a consciousness change to abundance, and use it as a steppingstone to peace.

Now, I’ve got to go figure out what to do with one hundred million dollars.

Feel free to go to our Facebook page and leave your ideas for what you would do with that amount of money.
