No Technology Necessary

March 17, 2013 in Spirituality

…continued from yesterday.

In my search to understand why I have become so obsessed with topic of wireless electricity, I had looked into how cell phones work.

TechnologyI learned that cell phones are actually two-way radios that simultaneously broadcast two signals at once – one that allows me to talk to someone and another that allows me to listen.

In addition, they track my location and pass those signals from one tower to another. When that ability is combined with GPS technology, cell phones can track my location universally as well as locally.

This capability makes it possible to track a cell phone, and theoretically its owner, within fifty feet of its location.

If it couldn’t do this, those two broadcast signals wouldn’t know where to find me.

I wondered if those dual signals rode upon Birkeland currents, spinning in a helical, DNA-type fashion.

Now, Spirit promised to show me the connection.

“What you are calling Birkeland currents are actually the primary connection method of the Universe. If you look closely, you will see that much of the substance of life operates in this fashion.

“Mr. Birkeland observed how it works within plasma so his name is associated with these electrical currents. However, these twisting electrical patterns exist on various scales throughout life.

“They are the DNA structure of the planet.

“As you speculated, you could label cell phone radio waves as Birkeland currents. Moreover, you could use this term for any form of communication and be mostly accurate.

“This would seem to be quite complex when more than two people are communicating and multiple points of view are being expressed.

“However, if you observe how the DNA within your body combines multiple building blocks into a code for life, you will begin to see how wireless communications technology functions.

“Your obsessive fascination about this topic is there because you have hit upon a key to understanding much of the universe.

“Notice how many things operate by spinning.

“Engines spin, pumps spin, and wheels spin.

“Everything that moves in a straight line only does so because something associated with it is spinning.

“Transportation relies upon the spinning of those engines, pumps, and wheels.

“The spin of a ball determines how efficient it flies and whether it curves or goes straight.

“Water coming out of a faucet or going down a drain spins.

“This is more than Earth’s rotation combined with gravity. There is an electrical charge there.

“It’s measurable.

“These currents, what you call “Birkeland currents,” flow throughout the invisible space around you. They are electric. They are magnetic. They are life itself.

“They are used as navigation guides for birds, animals, water, lava, and anything else you can imagine.

“The technology that uses these currents is the technology that fascinates you the most.

“And, yes, Tesla understood these currents and he put this understanding to practical use.

“As you have noted, your society only uses the part of his technology that is profitable.

“It doesn’t take much understanding to realize that wireless electric power is possible. It only requires taking the systems that are already in use and spinning up the power through a wireless transformer.

“If electrical equipment can pluck television, radio, internet, cell phone, and GPS signals out of the air, it can certainly pluck plain old electric power out of the air.”

The thought was so obvious I was shocked I had never considered it before.

Spirit had one more surprise for me.

“Of course, none of this technology would be necessary if you decided to drop all of your limitations and experience the fullness of your Divinity.”

I remembered what Spirit had said at the beginning of our conversation.

Did I really believe I – and everyone else – was God, fully Divine, with chosen limitations.

Spirit interrupted my thoughts.

“You absolutely know that is true.”

“I do?”

“You just had this conversation with me and no special technology was necessary.”

Confusing Communication

March 12, 2013 in Spirituality, World

The most practical way to keep someone from understanding a simple truth is to spread confusion about that truth. As I said yesterday, it is to surround that truth with a bodyguard of lies.

The truth under consideration is that we are all one.

Therefore, we are all connected and have the capability of communicating telepathically.

This telepathic communication manifests in numerous ways throughout each day.

It shows up as feelings, intuition, and emotional outbursts.

We see it when two or more people work together to accomplish a task. When this is done at a high artistic level, we call it sports or drama or dance.

Humanity is fascinated by telepathy.

We know it is real.

However, we often deny our experience of it.

The reason is that we are confused by the lies that surround it.

Therefore, we have created systems that mimic telepathy.

We have created systems that mimic our oneness.

Over the past hundred years or so, we have used electricity for these systems.

Initially, these systems were connected by copper wire.

Now, they are wireless.

Google GlassTechnology has already developed the next receivers for this wireless technology. Mental implants and Google Glass are two of them.

These technologies come with controversy.

Brain implants bring up thoughts of CIA and MK Ultra programming.

Google Glass isn’t even on the market and one Seattle bar has already banned it.

As I pointed out over the past few days, current wireless technologies have numerous dangers associated with them. These associations are generally unwarranted.

We see a propaganda battle between those who would advance technologies and those who believe they are dangerous.

I believe this is spiritually significant.

I believe the dangers of wireless technology are being exaggerated to slow down our natural desire to experience oneness.

Moreover, I believe the underlying purpose of this exaggeration is to discourage humanity’s exploration of the electric system that naturally connects all of us.

This isn’t a new practice.

Witches have been burned at the stake.

Shamans have been tortured and murdered.

Their punishment came not because they hurt someone else. It came because they dared to practice spiritual communication.

In spite of this, humanity naturally evolves towards its natural design.

Therefore, if we won’t accept our abilities to communicate spiritually, we will develop technologies that allow us to appear as if we are communicating in that manner.

Then, we will improve those technologies.

Those who are opposed to humanity’s spiritual development erect barriers.

These barriers include attempting to confuse our understanding of spiritual communication…

…and anything that resembles it.

Seven Weeks since Sandy Hook

February 2, 2013 in Spirituality, United States

I was eating Friday lunch at a local restaurant when I first heard about the shooting in Newtown, Connecticut at Sandy Hook Elementary School.

I had just finished my meal and decided to review my email while waiting for the waitress to process my credit card.

I noticed a news alert from the staff at WDBJ TV in Roanoke, Virginia. Since they generally only put out an alert when there is really news and since those alerts usually involve the area of my childhood hometown, I follow them.

Much to my surprise, they were reporting on a story in Connecticut.

Message in a bottleSpirit suggested I pay attention because there was a message for me.

What has evolved over the weeks since that day has given me a deeper perspective of how Spirit may speak to us through the thousands of news sources that bombard our world.

I came home and watched the reports on the cable news networks.

I followed Twitter feeds over the weekend.

I read alternative news sites.

I heard discussion about the conspiracy of what might have happened.

I saw the multiple holes in the official accounts of the shooting.

I watched as CNN’s Anderson Cooper did a strongly opinionated show about how the conspiracy theorists are sick and twisted.

I noticed that politicians used the shooting to push gun control.

And, I noticed that gun owners bought more guns, more ammunition, and more clips than ever before.

President Obama threatened to implement executive orders to take away guns.

Local sheriffs said they wouldn’t enforce those federal mandates.

State legislatures quickly proposed laws making it illegal for federal authorities to remove guns in their states.

I struggled with these issues as I attempted to maintain a peaceful perspective.

Guns are violent.

Attempts to control others are violent too.

I was tempted to ignore everything. It was too complex.

However, as Spirit had suggested, I paid attention

Insiders and CIA whistleblowers said the shooting was staged and a variety of alternative stories emerged:

  • The kids were killed by trained assassins.
  • The kids were not killed. They were kidnapped.
  • The kids were not killed and they were not kidnapped. The script was given to mainstream media to report as a staged drama that did not actually happen.

Some of these sources said they couldn’t say everything they knew. If they did, other people would die. Therefore, these sources released information in code and left the reader to read between the lines.

What message did Spirit want me to see?

Then, Dad became critically ill.

In my subsequent conversations with him, I was made aware of a harsh reality.

He, a deeply religious man, wasn’t sure he trusted God.

WOW!

I compared his response to death with everyone’s response to the Newtown Shooting and I saw a connecting point.

No one trusted God.

Therefore, they didn’t trust each other.

In fact, each person had reasoned that the only way to be able to trust another person was to control that other person.

DOUBLE WOW!

In the seven weeks since the Newtown Shooting, I have acquired a new understanding of the root behind many of our public controversies.

Then, I encountered a single sentence in a novel that opened the doorway to further insights.

To be continued…

Sources

February 1, 2013 in Spirituality, United States

As a child, I woke up every morning to Mom listening to the news from WHEE Radio in Martinsville, Virginia. In the afternoon, I was greeted by the afternoon newspaper.

Then, we spent the dinner hour watching the local news from WDBJ in Roanoke followed by Walter Cronkite and the CBS Evening News, complete with Vietnam body counts and same day video footage.

In other words, news has always been a part of my life.

During my radio work, news was included in my broadcast responsibilities. I covered hurricanes in Eastern North Carolina, reported stories during the first Gulf War, and warned listeners about icy roads in New Mexico.

Today, in our technologically advanced age, I am in news heaven.

News SourcesI have a big screen television in my office that provides access to hundreds of channels at the push of a button.

The truck I drive has XM Radio with several hundred channels.

I subscribe to nearly forty Really Simple Syndication (RSS) feeds. Every one of them interests me and, even though there is some duplication, each has unique information from alternative news media that arrives in my inbox within minutes after publication.

I have fourteen home pages in my internet browser including several mainstream news sources.

One of those is Facebook where I follow dozens of sources, some of which provide unique information.

I have two Twitter accounts with thousands of follows. Within those accounts, I have four lists with hundreds of news sources that often Tweet live from breaking stories.

My new smartphone gives me access to any of those sources in case I am ever away from my office, my truck, or my laptop.

WHEW!

Writing about this makes my head spin.

It’s no wonder I often feel like I’m on information overload.

And, it’s no wonder I have recently thought about no longer following the news.

There is too much.

There is too much posturing to prove an agenda, make a point, or elicit an emotional response.

We are ping-ponged between fear and the relief from fear.

Mainstream media generally focuses on surface issues like gun control, government budgets, and other political footballs such as education and healthcare.

Alternative media goes deeper and covers how gun control sets the stage for martial law, how government budgets are only the tip of the iceberg when compared to government debt, and how established systems often do the opposite of what they claim they do.

And, while I believe these sources provide important knowledge of the world’s situations, allow us to see what we are manifesting, and help us formulate a peaceful response; I have come to accept that the most reliable Source of news is internal.

It is Spirit.

As I said yesterday, with this wireless connection, we have access to a Spiritual internet of all knowledge, all wisdom, and all love.

Yes, it is enough to make me consider whether I will continue to monitor the outer news sources.

I’ve thought about this for several days and, for now, I still intend to monitor them.

I have a responsibility to my clients, my readers, and myself to stay informed.

In addition, I believe the Desire to acquire information is Spirit’s way of helping us remember who we are…

…as long as we remember the importance of staying turned to that internal connection to Spirit.

I’ll provide a vivid example why in tomorrow’s article.

Responding to Limits

January 31, 2013 in Spirituality

In the search for the peaceful response to limiting belief systems, I am brought back to the four steps that explain why humans do things.

Our actions come out of a surface feeling…

…that comes from a surface thought…

…that is spurred by a sponsoring emotion…

…that has a deeper sponsoring thought.

The sponsoring thought is one of two.

  1. I am isolated and separated from everyone else – separation.
  2. I am an individual part of a greater whole – unity.

Those who believe in separation have a limiting belief system. Therefore, they institute systems to control others.

Those who believe in unity have an unlimited belief system.

My observation is that the difference between the two beliefs comes down to one thing: an individual’s ability to trust God.

Due to this lack of trust, those who believe in separation are insistent upon hindering the connection with Spirit. Therefore,

  • they teach logic without inspiration.
  • they focus on math instead of music.
  • they accumulate facts regardless of function.
  • they write a never-ending series of laws for the purposes of control.

sunset lake rocksThose who believe in unity live from an inspired – in Spirit – point of view. Therefore,

  • they act on every moment of inspiration.
  • they see the beauty within everything.
  • they acquire facts as needed for function.
  • they love others while pursuing freedom.

The peaceful response lies within this perspective of unity.

It starts when you consciously connect with Spirit every day.

This implies that you can be disconnected from Spirit.

You can’t.

You are Spirit.

However, you may forget this from time to time.

Therefore, a conscious connection serves as a reminder to re-member you with Spirit.

With your attention drawn to this connection, you become aware of your attachment to a Spiritual internet that has access to all knowledge, all wisdom, and all love.

An individual aware of this connection cannot be controlled by others.

He responds in love. She serves with gladness.

He senses inspiration and acts. She trusts inner promptings without having to understand them.

He teaches from his passion. She gives from her heart.

Notice that this individual does not go to war, battle those who believe in separation, and criticize those who are not aware of connection with Spirit.

An aware individual allows, without controlling others.

An aware individual trusts God.

He knows, without a doubt, that Divine Source is creating what is best for him.

She is sure that Spirit has her best interest in mind.

If you are aware of this connection, if you have been re-membered with Spirit, you know this too.

Therefore, you may be discovering that you no longer need an endless stream of outside sources to lead and guide you through your daily decisions.

Your connection with Spirit is enough to help you formulate the peaceful response.

Interfering with Spiritual Connections

January 29, 2013 in Opinion, Spirituality

Interference wavesLimiting belief systems assault humanity at every turn. They do this by interfering with our spiritual connection.

If this isn’t a designed conspiracy, it is the greatest coincidence in the history of mankind.

The medical system pushes vaccines when the evidence is that these invasive procedures do more harm than good.

The education system trains the logical side of the brain while ignoring the true source of information, our internal connection to Spirit.

Religion often discourages the connection to Spirit by instituting mindless assemblies that serve as substitutes for spiritual connection.

The financial system tells us that purchasing stocks, bonds, and mutual funds are good investments when anyone with a mathematical mind can see this isn’t true unless the investor also controls the company associated with the stock or bond he is purchasing.

The lending system has convinced us that mortgage interest is a good tax deduction and, while it is for some people, it is also a negative cash situation. If someone has a fifty percent tax rate and pays ten thousand dollars in interest, the tax savings is only five thousand dollars. That’s a five-thousand-dollar drain on cash flow and, of course, most people don’t have a fifty percent tax rate.

The tax system tells us income taxes pay for government services. They don’t. After the expense of collection, taxes barely pay the interest on government debt. The rest of government expenses are paid through debt purchased by The Fed.

The military industrial complex advocates their system for peace through war. History tells us this isn’t possible. However, we continue to try this insane process.

All of these are limiting belief systems.

They deny the brilliance of humanity.

They deny the spirituality of humans.

They deny the ability to connect to source.

These limiting belief systems propagate the myth that mankind is incapable of healing, learning, connecting, wealth-building, and peace outside of these systems.

They propagate the myth that humanity is something less than spiritual beings having human experiences.

And, when anyone dares confront these systems on a substantial level, the name-calling, reputation damaging, and murder begins.

I encounter the effects of these limiting belief systems daily when I hear clients discuss the situations they face.

Underneath the relationship, financial, and personal dramas, I see a desire to connect to Spirit, to communicate with Spirit.

Some make that connection.

Those that do are afraid to talk about it for fear of being labeled crazy.

In addition, they know that if they commit to learning from Spirit, they will likely need to disconnect from these systems; the systems of:

  • Education
  • Medicine
  • Religion
  • Marriage
  • Finance
  • Lending
  • Government
  • Conflict

For most people, this is too much to give up.

As a result, the peaceful response is extremely difficult.

In fact, it is virtually impossible.

Does this mean these systems are part of an organized conspiracy?

I’ve considered that possibility for more than thirty years.

I’ll write about what I’ve learned tomorrow.

Divide and Conquer

January 28, 2013 in Spirituality, United States

The reason love, via sexuality, is attacked so vehemently is that humanity’s greatest creative ability resides within the energy of love.

Therefore, those who would propagate limited belief systems receive multiple benefits by using sexual scandal to damage reputations.

They damage the reputations of the individuals in the scandals.

They damage the reputation of love.

And, since love, which we innately link to sex, is how we often experience spirituality, this damages the reputation of spirituality.

Do you see the implications?

If not, I’ll spell them out for you.

Sexual scandal attacks those in the scandal while also attacking love and spirituality.

In other words, it attacks the very essence of our being.

By doing this, it limits creative ability and makes humanity easier to control.

This is obvious.

The question I raised yesterday is, “Why does this happen?”

Is it humanity’s lack of skill or is something else going on here?

Two sides of the brainSome blame our education system which focuses on one side of the brain at the expense of the other.

A study by Kyung Hee Kim, professor of education for the College of William and Mary in Virginia, focused on the creativity of school age children between kindergarten and 12th grade using the measurement known as the Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking.

He found a “massive” decline of creativity the longer the students progressed through the school system. Children become less emotionally expressive, less energetic, less talkative and verbally expressive, less humorous, less imaginative, less unconventional, less lively and passionate, less perceptive, less apt to connect seemingly irrelevant things, less synthesizing, and less likely to see things from a different angle.

Are Kim’s finding’s unintended consequences of the system or are they the design of the system?

The answer may be found within how difficult it is for humanity to accomplish what it claims it wants to accomplish.

We say we want to experience love and peace.

We experience the opposite.

One writer suggests that our relationship system is the problem.

Even though this is a channeled message, it speaks to these issues with clarity.

Because your minds are otherwise occupied, there is one aspect of your future lives that does not seem to have received much consideration. We refer to your marriages or partnerships, as they will relate to the higher dimensions. You will no longer be bound by 3D vows and it will be up to each individual as to whether you wish to continue on the same basis, and you will find that you have much more freedom.

Also unlike Earth where attraction is largely of a physical nature, the love of other souls is an exchange of energy that will be quite normal, as those you will be in the presence of will all have a vibration that will be in harmony with yours.

However, you can “join” energies at an even higher level and for whatever purpose become as One. It may for example be to serve the Light together, and even introduce another soul into your world. Such a union is far beyond anything you will have already experienced.

As we have told you before, almost every aspect of your life as you understand it now will change. You will quickly adapt to a new expanded way of life that will offer you so many opportunities to travel, whereas previously you have been confined to Earth. Not only that, but also into the higher dimensions, where some souls are ready to take their place.

Notice that, once again, we have a system that focuses on one side of the brain at the expense of the other. It focuses on the logic of vows while ignoring the creativity of synergistic energy exchange.

Is it possible that these systems we blindly follow do the exact opposite of what we claim we desire?

It is.

I’ll look closer at that possibility tomorrow.

Limiting Belief Systems Start Here

January 27, 2013 in Spirituality

Love is the area where limiting belief systems have the greatest impact.

Primarily, this is done through a direct attack on sexuality.

Even the most casual observer can see how this happens.

Once someone has a unique idea, an idea that threatens a limiting belief system, he or she is attacked.

As I have previously documented, if name-calling doesn’t work and if murder is too severe, this attack consists of reputation damage.

Reputation damage usually focuses on one’s sex life. It doesn’t matter if the person harmed another. It doesn’t matter if the person actually did anything.

It only matters that someone leaked a rumor about a perceived deviant behavior.

This rumor makes headlines and lingers while the general public, under the guise of discussing the “deviant behavior,” considers their own sexual issues.

The peaceful response, rather than gasping in shock and shame, is to remember that the first step to progress is deviance, as in deviance from the norm.

This is especially true when the topic is love and, by implication, sex.

This topic, vital to our physical, emotional, and mental health, has been littered with confusion through societal norms that label dysfunction as normal and healthy as dirty.

Sexual energy circlesAccording to the article linked here, an excerpt from Michael Pucucci’s Journey Toward Complete Recovery : Reclaiming Your Emotional, Spiritual & Sexual Wholeness, our society’s confusion about these matters comes because we typically separate spirituality from sexuality. And, we do this because we don’t understand the differences between intimacy, sensuality, and sex.

Michael writes about a weekend spirituality retreat that took an unexpected turn when he asked participants what topics they wanted to discuss.

One man said, “Let’s talk about sex.”

The other participants quickly agreed and Michael acquiesced to leading an afternoon workshop dealing with the topic.

To Mr. Pucucci’s credit, he recognized that this was as much about healing his own hang-ups as it was about helping his attendees. This became especially poignant since his co-facilitator, a Catholic nun, was aware of Michael’s issues.

During the workshop, Michael challenged the participants to separate intimacy, sensuality, and sex by identifying the characteristics of each. As a characteristic was named, he wrote it on the room’s blackboard.

Then, he encouraged his participants to imagine themselves going from sex to sensuality to intimacy in a relationship or going in the other direction, from intimacy to sensuality to sex.

As Michael did the exercise with the class, he discovered he was having trouble. His thoughts were interrupted when a man from the class blurted out, “I can’t  do it.”

Mr. Pucucci nodded and looked back at the board to continue the battle with his personal difficulties. Without looking at the class, he asked participants to raise their hands if they discovered a similar block.

When Michael looked back at the class, everyone’s hand was raised, including his co-facilitator, the nun.

No one in the class could successfully move a relationship through all three of these seemingly related areas.

They were blocked.

Mr. Pucucci claims this block is an indicator that an individual has a split between sexuality and spirituality.

This split is the root of sexual dysfunction.

It is the reason the general public is both enchanted and appalled when sexual accusations are used for reputation damage.

We are confused about the topic and we are attempting to gain clarity.

As I said above, the scandalous stories give us something to hide behind while we attempt to gain our own healing.

Unfortunately, as we seek personal healing, we must consider whether finding a way to reconcile sexuality and spirituality will put us in the middle of our own scandal.

This further perpetuates the problem and demonizes both sexuality and spirituality.

In fact, it seems there is no way to resolve this issue because, anytime someone attempts to deviate from the norm and make progress, controversy appears.

Is this because we are completely inept and unskilled in these areas or is something else going on here?

I’ll attempt to answer that question in tomorrow’s article.

Burying Spiritual Truths

January 22, 2013 in Spirituality

I wasn’t the only person in our family who had conversations or experienced Dad’s presence as we went through his time of transition.

I heard several stories from his grandchildren about sensing his presence, hearing a word, or seeing a vision.

The most remarkable came from his great-grandson, who isn’t quite two years old.

He was in the living room with his Father when he turned around and looked in the direction opposite his Dad, towards the room’s doorway. He acted as if someone was there.

He said, “Daddy, Daddy, Daddy.”

No one physical was there.

Yes, his Dad looks very much like my Dad at a younger age.

This isn’t the first time I’ve heard these types of stories.

In fact, I’ve heard them so many times from so many different people that I don’t doubt them for a moment.

near-death experienceThese stories compare favorably with stories from medical doctors who either have studied or experienced near-death experiences (NDEs).

Dr. Eben Alexander made headlines recently when he discussed his near-death experience in his book Proof of Heaven: A Neurosurgeon’s Journey into the Afterlife.

He wasn’t the first medical doctor to discuss this topic.

Dr. Melvin Morse has done extensive research and written several books about the topic, including two best-sellers.

Dr. Morse cites the work of Dr. Raymond Moody, another medical doctor who has studied NDEs since the 1970s.

Even though these three doctors have either done extensive research on the subject or had personal experiences with NDEs, they have come under scrutiny for their work.

Some peers have criticized the doctors for writing about a topic that has no scientific explanation.

Other peers have said the NDEs are nothing more than hallucinations caused by medications.

Doctors Alexander, Morse, and Moody knew they were risking their professional reputations by speaking out on the topic.

However, their integrity would not allow them to remain silent.

Each hoped to bring change to the way humanity, and especially the medical profession, sees death.

Each received severe criticism and attack.

On the surface, this appears to be petty jealousy and a refusal to look at the implications of these experiences.

A deeper look reveals that there may be more going on here.

Someone or some organization or some philosophy feels threatened by these NDE reports.

This threat has resulted in direct attacks on their work and their lives.

Dr. Alexander’s account has been labeled as “unscientific.”

Dr. Moody’s work has been criticized because he attempted to commit suicide.

Dr. Morse is currently facing criminal charges that authorities are linking to his work.

While all of this may be a series of coincidences, some writers and researchers believe this is part of a purposeful effort to bury anything spiritual.

I’ll explore this idea in future articles.

The Novel of Life

January 21, 2013 in Spirituality

My spiritual conversations with Dad, as he prepared to transition from this life to the next, were as real to me as talking with a physical human being.

There were times when he wasn’t ready to talk and, even though I tried to chat with him, he wasn’t there.

There were times when I was fully immersed in a task and he interrupted it to speak with me.

I was aware each conversation was taking place and the details lodged within my conscious so I could easily write about them later.

I’m sure some mental health experts would say these conversations were the product of a vivid imagination or some type of grief processing.

My response to them is “You don’t know because you didn’t have the experience.”

These medical armchair quarterbacks may have theories about many things. However, they aren’t actually playing the game I am playing.

Their knowledge may be helpful. However, it isn’t experience.

In fact, some people believe that knowledge isn’t possible without the experience.

This is the explanation behind why we are spiritual beings having a human experience.

Spirit wanted to experience all that it knows. Therefore, it created the world to do this

I believe each person has at least a subconscious awareness of this reason for life.

I have noticed three different responses to this awareness.

Some people bury it. This first group has an internal emptiness that it seeks to fill with things such as commerce, career, relationships, and religion.

A second group of people is spiritually aware. They work so hard to stay in a spiritual place that they ignore Earthly pursuits.

These two groups miss the ultimate challenge of life, which is to reside fully within humanity while maintaining spiritual awareness.

A third group of people attempts to live life fully within both realms.

Open book novelThis produces a life that runs as a well-written novel, integrating multiple, apparently unrelated plotlines that are actually a highly integrated single plot. This process is a mystery to those who live life completely in only one realm. It is obvious to those fully living within both.

A person who lives a life of balance seamlessly moves from the spiritual realm to the physical one and back again, using insights from one realm to help with the other.

In this way, previous spiritual experiences are confirmed by physical events which, in turn, provide spiritual insight into future physical events.

My conversations with Dad were a powerful example of this process.

These experiences started the morning Dad was admitted to the hospital.

I had awakened with a chaotic feeling. I wondered if there would be a catastrophic news story that day. My schedule was full of out-of-the-office appointments so I didn’t have much time to consider the options.

When I arrived back at my home office, my partner had just finished a phone call with Dad’s pastor telling us of his admittance to the hospital.

I realized my chaotic feeling was tied to Dad’s health situation.

Shortly thereafter, Dad began his conversations with me.

The timing of the conversations coincided with the real world physical events.

When the physical events would have been puzzling otherwise, the spiritual conversations solved the puzzle, often in advance.

Therefore, when Dad did not transition as the doctors initially predicted, I knew why. He was thinking about how to create his life after death.

And, when the doctors said Dad was stabilizing and they wanted to continue treatment, I realized it was because he didn’t yet know how to achieve completion. Once he understood the process of detaching the cord connecting his physical body with his ethereal one, the doctors determined it was time to end treatment.

With those conversations ended, I peacefully waited.

Friday night, a little after 11 PM Mountain Time, I was awakened by my cell phone. The caller ID told me it was the hospital. The hospital social worker told me Dad had passed at 12:03 AM Eastern Time.

The time felt significant. I didn’t know why.

With the phone call completed, I lay on my back and breathed.

I was surprised that I didn’t feel sad.

Instead, energy rushed through my body. It felt as if Dad’s spirit was merging with mine.

He was laughing and he was conspiring.

Suddenly, I realized why the time was significant.

Two years ago, at that exact moment, one of my Earthly dramas resolved.

After six weeks of incarceration, my partner and I were released.

Dad picked the anniversary of our freedom to celebrate the moment of his freedom.

It was a spiritual experience confirmed by a physical event which, in turn, provided spiritual insight into a future physical event.

The novel of life continues.
